How to cancel your Subscription?

Step-by-Step Guide to Canceling Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription directly from the MyNextBrowser side panel in your browser.

  1. Open the Menu

Press the three-dot icon (⋮) located in the top-right corner of the MyNextBrowser side panel.

  1. Go to Billing & Plan

From the dropdown menu, select the "Billing & Plan" option to open your account management screen.

  1. Manage or Cancel Subscription

In the "Billing & Plan" section, click the button labeled Manage or Cancel Subscription. This will take you to the secure portal to manage your plan.

  1. Confirm Cancellation

Follow the final on-screen prompts to confirm the cancellation of your subscription.

What Happens After You Cancel?

  • Continued Access: Your subscription will remain active, and you can continue to use all premium features until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • Reverting to the Free Plan: Once your paid subscription period ends, your account will automatically transition to the free plan, which includes 30 tasks per month.
  • Resubscribing: You can resubscribe to a paid plan at any time through the same "Billing & Plan" section.

Q: Will I lose my saved workflows if I cancel?

A: No. Your saved workflows, settings, and profile data will remain in your account. If you decide to resubscribe later, you can pick up right where you left off.

Q: Will I receive a refund?

A: We do not offer prorated refunds. Your plan will simply expire at the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.

Q: What if I only want to switch from a monthly to an annual plan?

A: You can manage your plan type in the same "Manage or Cancel Subscription" portal. Choosing an annual plan reduces the effective monthly cost.
