MyNextBrowser ("we," "us," or "our") provides the MyNextBrowser browser extension and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

1. Description of Service

MyNextBrowser is an "Agentic" browser extension that utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) to assist users with web navigation, content summarization, and task automation. The Service uses third-party AI models (including Google Vertex AI) to process your requests.

2. User Accounts and Subscriptions

2.1 Registration

To access certain features, you may be required to register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

2.2 Payment and Billing (DodoPayments)

  • Merchant of Record: Our payment process is handled by DodoPayments, our authorized Merchant of Record. By making a purchase, you agree to DodoPayments' terms of service and privacy policy.
  • Subscriptions: If you purchase a recurring subscription, you authorize us (via DodoPayments) to charge your payment method automatically at the start of each billing period.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Refunds: Refunds are handled at our sole discretion or as required by applicable law. Please contact [email protected] for refund requests.

3. License and Restrictions

3.1 License Grant

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the MyNextBrowser extension for your personal or internal business purposes.

3.2 Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Reverse Engineer: Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the extension.
  • Bypass Restrictions: Attempt to bypass any usage limits or quota restrictions we have implemented.
  • Illegal Use: Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including generating harmful, fraudulent, or infringing content.
  • Automated Abuse: Use the Service to scrape websites or launch Denial of Service (DoS) attacks.

4. AI & Agentic Services Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.

4.1 No Guarantee of Accuracy ("Hallucinations")

You acknowledge that the Service uses Large Language Models (LLMs) which may occasionally generate incorrect, misleading, or offensive information ("Hallucinations").

  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any output generated by the AI.
  • You are solely responsible for verifying any information or code generated by the Service before using it.

4.2 Agentic Actions

The Service may perform actions on your behalf (e.g., clicking buttons, navigating pages). You are responsible for supervising these actions. We are not liable for any unintended consequences resulting from the agent's actions on third-party websites (e.g., accidentally deleting a file or submitting a form incorrectly).

4.3 Third-Party Models

The Service utilizes Google Vertex AI. We are not responsible for service outages or errors originating from these third-party providers.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our IP

The MyNextBrowser extension, including its code, design, and branding, is the property of MyNextBrowser and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

5.2 Your Content

You retain all rights to the queries, prompts, and inputs you provide to the Service. As per our Privacy Policy, we do not claim ownership of your data, nor do we use it to train our models.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • "As Is" Basis: The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.
  • Liability Cap: In no event shall MyNextBrowser be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill).
  • Total Liability: Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyNextBrowser and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in West Bengal, India.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
