How to Create a Knowledge Base Page?

The Knowledge Base lets you create reusable reference pages that the AI can use as context when generating or modifying text. You can write notes, save important information using markdown, and organize it into folders for easy access.

Step 1: Open the Text Enhancer

Locate the Enhancer floating window and click the launcher to open the Text Enhancer panel.

Step 2: Open the Knowledge Base

Inside the Enhancer panel, click Knowledge Base. The Knowledge Base manager will open.

Step 3: Create a New Page

Click New Page to add a new reference page.

Step 4: Write Your Content

In the editor, write your notes and content. You can use markdown to format your text with headers, lists, and other styling. Click Preview to see how your formatted page will appear.

Step 5: Save the Page

Click Save Page to store the reference. Your page will now appear in the Pages panel within its selected folder.

Include the Page in Ask AI

To allow the AI to use this page as context for its responses, enable the Include in Ask AI option before saving. This automatically injects the page content into your AI instructions.

Result

Your page will be saved in the Knowledge Base, ready to be used as reusable context to guide AI responses when using the Ask AI feature.
