How to Organize Knowledge Base Folders ?

Folders help you organize your reusable reference pages within the Knowledge Base. You can create, rename, and delete folders to keep your content structured and easy to find.

Step 1: Open the Text Enhancer

Locate the Enhancer floating window and click the launcher to open the Text Enhancer panel.

Step 2: Open the Knowledge Base

Inside the Enhancer panel, click Knowledge Base to open the manager.

Step 3: Create a New Folder

In the Knowledge Base manager, click New Folder. A new folder will appear in the folder list.

Step 4: Name the Folder

Enter a name for your folder and press Enter to save it.

Step 5: Rename a Folder

To rename an existing folder, click the Rename. Enter the new name and press Enter.

Step 6: Delete a Folder

To remove a folder, click   Delete. Confirm the action to permanently remove the folder.

Note

Deleting a folder will also permanently delete all the pages stored inside it. This action cannot be undone.

Result

After following these steps, you can effectively manage your Knowledge Base by creating, renaming, and deleting folders to keep your reference pages organized.
